Z is a devoted husband and proud “Superdad” who coaches soccer for both of our boys. When he’s not in the office or on the field, you’ll probably find him fly fishing a quiet river, carving fresh powder on skis, or mountain biking our stunning local trails.
Z has broad experience across many areas of law, including estate planning, business law, mediation, retirement benefits, equity-based compensation, and more. He is deeply committed to crafting clear, customized solutions that protect what matters most—your family, your legacy, and your peace of mind.

Kelly Hoffman
Kelly Hoffman brings strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep passion for serving families to her role as Director of Business and Operations at Hoffman Law Office. After more than 15 years building and scaling impactful programs in special education and nonprofit leadership—Kelly transitioned full-time into the family practice in 2026. She now leads operations, business development, marketing, and the firm’s expanding special needs and Medicaid planning niche.
Kelly and Z are raising their sons in Carbondale, and they cherish exploring Colorado’s mountains together—hiking, adventuring on trails, and cheering them on at games. You’ll often find Kelly racing Z down the ski slopes (she loves beating him!), mountain biking local trails, flowing through hot yoga, or singing along to Taylor Swift while balancing work and family life. These everyday joys remind her every day why thoughtful, family-first planning matters so much.
With a Master of Educational Leadership from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Special Education from Western Michigan University, Kelly combines professional expertise in organizational growth, team development, and complex problem-solving with a heartfelt dedication to helping families—especially those with disabilities—navigate planning with clarity and care.
